The spacious apartment was impeccably clean and featured a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for casual dining. I loved the powerful shower that offered amazing water pressure, making my morning routine refreshing. The buffet breakfast was an absolute delight, with a fantastic variety including gluten-free options and a delicious hot chocolate that fueled my day!

Request a parking space suitable for larger vehicles to alleviate height concerns when arriving.

The industrial design of the laundry area feels cramped!!! Better heating control would enhance comfort, and clearer signage to the parking would help prevent confusion upon arrival!!!

Enjoyed a brief stay while exploring the nearby attractions, especially the stunning Saint Bavo's Cathedral. The apartment was huge, offering a separate living room and bedroom, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and provided useful local insights, making our visit even better. The scenic walk to the historical district was a delight, showcasing the beauty of the area.

the castelnou aparthotel really had some nice aspects, like the clean room, but it was hard to overlook the bathtub design that made showering uncomfortable. also, the kitchen was missing a towel upon arrival, which was just sad. a complimentary welcome gift would’ve been nice too, but alas, i just couldn't with this place.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Walking distance to the historic district with excellent wheel-chair accessible options.
